Im not sure the other answer is correct. After the first town improvement is complete (either fair or watchtower) you can wait and do the next one, but iirc you don't get the option to do a second improvement to Bernard's place.

After doing the first equipment remains quest you get the option to go to the outpost camp with Dulrig to make a delivery (I think you have to talk to him after completing that task), which is where you properly meet the commander. After that you can visit him at the outpost any time. Once you've met him you can talk to him and get info and set up the next part of the quest. I also recommend exploring the northcrest market at night after meeting the commander.

If you study at the witch hut at night you'll see a diagram showing three recipes, for poison extract, antitoxin and poison bomb which you have to work out from the diagram. Alternatively the wiki has a list of recipes if you want to do it the easy way.

There's sound for, like, two scenes that you get later on when doing the lizard treasure quest. It's freaky as hell when it happens, not to mention the scenes themselves are really messed up, even for this game.

The succubus captures Ste to replace Korg, so you go back after releasing Korg, then there's a mission you can do to release Ste.
