Thank you for this HD remake! Happyland Adventures is a part of my childhood, and this remake is pretty good.
However, there are three things I noticed that don't sit well with me:
- Old men should turn in the player character's direction, but they're currently always facing to the right. This is a minor nitpick, but…
- While the addition of sliding (and switches) in summer levels is appreciated, the slide mechanic currently doesn't work properly. Not only am I unable to slide while running left or right—I have to let go and quickly press "Down" on my controller—but unless I'm on ice, I only slide for a fraction of a second, making it almost impossible to knock enemies over.
- Blue spheres haven't been added to summer levels, unlike the other mechanics that were winter-exclusive in the original.
Please fix these for the next update, and thanks again for this HD remake.
