Great to see, that you expand upon the actual core gameplay again, which is the streaming situation.

I have some feedback, for your considaration. I hope you don't find it too nitpicky, but please hear me out. The way you depict the uterus atm, is more how it looks from the front (in the transverse plain). When you look at it from the side in the sagital plain, it has more of a pear shape and inserts from an upward 80° angle into the vagina. Note, that the vagina has even a small dead end behind the cervix (opening of uterus). The uterus is tucked around the bladder.

If you haven't already and are interested to study the subject of your art a little more, you could google "uterus anatomy sagital" or "...transverse" to see the differences. Alternatively this YouTube vid at this timestamp (/watch?v=J3oky60tXCc&t=393s) could be an easy start.

I'm usually not a fan of those internal angles, but thinking about it, I believe I'd find it hotter, the more it looked like the pixelated insides of a real woman and the less it looked like a doll cut in half.

-I think having the uterus depicted upwards could even serve as an indicator, of how "full" she is (like a thermometer in white). Maybe there is even opportunity for a mini game, in which more cum fills the uterus, the more aroused she is or dependend on the position, and more is spilled into the vagina and drips out the less aroused she is...?^^ 

-It might very well be work in progress, right now the opening of the vagina is just a pink mass without any labia. She is sensitive there.. :) On that note, I'd also appreciate if you gave the labia and that clitoris of hers in the normal external view a little more love, like you did with her nipples.

-I really like how you animate the squishiness of the tissues.. Looking at the anatomy I honestly think it would actually be sick, if you used your pixel magic, to animate as internal shot, how the penis pushes and bends a little against the front wall in that first bend of the rectum, hitting/squishing the vagina and finally the cervix through the anal wall, while sliding in deeper. That would set this whole project on another level for me. I have never seen anybody depict it like that. Why don't you let the players see and understand why she cums from anal all the time...? ;)

Good job and everything, I'm not good at praising. But I want to express my thanks by trying to be helpful. There is a minor detail, that could make your art significantly better (imho): Anatomy. The way you drew the shadows of the pubic bones (Os pubis), it looks like the vagina is where the symphysis would be. If you want to draw bodies, that look real, you have to know where the bones are. Artists usually learn a lot about anatomy, to be able to understand the shape of the body (skin over bones). So if that's something you want to get right, you could look up the pelvic anatomy, there are plenty of pictues online. Anyways good job, it's just something that I always noticed (with Yuna too). And I believe the art would look even sexier, if it was closer to a woman's actual anatomy.

Could it be, that you don't know much about human anatomy? The vaginal opening is not where the tentacle goes. It's not on the pubic mount, and the opening goes downward, not to the front. You made the tentacle go into her belly? That looks very wrong to me. The back tentacle goes into the place, where the vagina would be. Artists need to study lots of anatomy, if they want to get it right (skin over bone).

So far, there was no wake up meter for Kaede, which led me to believe, that she is very devot and actually into it/you. I think she even opens her eyes shortly when interacting with her and only pretends to be sleeping. I also hope, that you expand the reactions and facial expressions of the ladies to be not always the same and more nuanced. (Remember feel the flash - Kasumi??) Seeing Kaede trying to deal with you pleasuring her, but it gets harder and harder until she is overwhelmed by lust would be sexy... even whispered dialogue could add a lot of excitement..

Great work. Best game I have ever seen ;) You might have this planned already. During the shower scene, there is 2x the option to endure. Right now it does nothing I am aware of. It should during blowjob trigger her to try harder or start sucking you. It should during sex cause her to come, when you endure long enough (5-10 times). There sould be progression in her answers, right now it seems as if smth. would happen, but her answers just loop.

Also during night, facial expressions, and reactions could be expanded imho. Give her dialogue, when she is awake pls. Option to hide under blanket if Kan comes, and try to make her come when he watches (and if she is awake, might respond to him like Can:"you good"her:"yes, you can leave""you sure, youre face is red?""y-yes please leave now *orgasms*", also will try to endure and complain later in cute fashion..). I hope you can eventually do more to her friend too. Make her watch, what you do to her. Also have them both in the same window would be cool -> make them sleep in same bed?
