Could it be, that you don't know much about human anatomy? The vaginal opening is not where the tentacle goes. It's not on the pubic mount, and the opening goes downward, not to the front. You made the tentacle go into her belly? That looks very wrong to me. The back tentacle goes into the place, where the vagina would be. Artists need to study lots of anatomy, if they want to get it right (skin over bone).

Her leg is being lifted which would raise the vaginal opening to the front. Its not perfect, you are right but it should only be slightly lower than where it is now.
