Multiplayer Mechs! Lets go! That's super cool! I respect anyone who attempts browser P2P xD. I like how with turn based you have to really think about what your opponent might do. It was a little hard to remember which player was mine though with random player names.

Thanks! I've been thinking about writing some blog posts or something. I'm happy with how the architecture worked out. Game runs in a Centralized Simulation Class, with a generic interface and Local or Multiplayer wrappers around it. Lobbies are a serverside hashmap of websocket connections to simulation classes that get created when you create a room!
Hey! Artist here! Spider Queen sent over some photos on a green screen. I scaled those down to the target resolution for the game in a photo editor, then imported those into godot and applied a shader i wrote to map the irl colors from the photo to the closest color in the Apollo pallet from the Lospec site that the rest of the game uses. This got it about 90% there. Then spent about an hour manually touching up all the poses in Aseprite to remove some of the noise and draw the crowns onto her head since those weren't in the source images. Thanks for playing!
I love typing games! This is very well done. Its a little hard to start out, but once I hit the rap portion I felt like I hit my stride. The words started to flow more naturally.
I also think there's a problem with your credits, i didn't see any terrible pixel art at all. You should definitely fix that :)
I absolutely love the theme interpretation on this! xD I also love that you can actually micro if you pickup and set down your peeps to avoid getting hit. After my resource generation was inevitability destroyed, me and Bob the rock throwing swordsman just ran off into the wilderness to hunt demons. Fun times.
