Thanks so much for playing and for making this video! It's awesome to see other people play it and learn how to improve. It's not the same when I play it myself since I know all the systems and logic behind the immersion.

Thank you so much friend! I'm glad you liked it.

I appreciate it! Glad you liked it.

Heck yeah, brother. Enjoy it!

Thank you!!

Sorry, it doesn't. It might run, but the palettes will look weird in a lot of places.

Thank you so much! Yep, I'm active on the GB Studio discord. I post on a few of the channels and have a WIP thread for core updates. I'm about 75% done with level 2 and there's plenty to see - warthog, sticky grenades, jackals.

Very kind words! I appreciate it!! Making your systems and assets for others is a fantastic way to teach yourself the engine. Hit up the discord, too. There is no shortage of nice people there who want to help. And feel free to DM me on Reddit or Discord if you want to talk through color mode or anything.

Super cool!! Could you export a .pocket file

Lando this is amazing, man. I want more! Mind posting up a .pocket when you get the chance? Looking forward to updates in the discord.

Thank you for the kind words! You are right, it actually doesn't support DMG and is made to be a GBC title only. I should add a splash screen that informs the player of this when inserted into a DMG

This is really cool! I made it to level 10 or so before I died and had to go back to work. The level-up mechanics are simple enough to understand but engaging to want to keep fighting that next enemy! Based on the comments, it sounds like mechanics change during later stages, so I look forward to playing more later to experience that.

Also llike all the boot-screen-esque scrolling dialogue and art.

This game is crazy good! A great example of taking a simple concept and bringing it to life through flawless execution. It's giving me Wendy's Every Witch Way vibes, and I love that game.

This is really cool! Do you mind if I ask how you did the possum shooting scenes? Are they point-and click-scenes with a cursor? I'd like to do a similar thing with sniping sections in my Halo demake for GBC.
