The chastity belt does not protect you from anal in combat.

If you have the Patreon version, you turn on cheats in the options menu and then click on the "Pervert" button on the main menu, all CG's should be available to view there.
Also the chastity belt doesn't stop Kylira in the first kiss event and it doesn't work in combat.
It's just an itch bug, proper version is uploaded
