1 MAY 2026 - EDIT: I received my payment within 24 hours after posting on Reddit. I am going to request a new payout; I hope I don't face the same issue this time and won't need to make my voice heard here again.

i completely agree with what you're saying. I don’t know what’s going on on itch.io’s side, but from a creator’s perspective, this situation isn’t very pleasant. At the very least, I think a bit more transparency would be better for everyone.

but based on the threads I’ve read and the research I’ve done, there are people who have been waiting around 80 days

I understand your rules, but I’d appreciate it if you could also take a look from a creator’s perspective. What I actually meant by mentioning the time was to understand what might be causing this situation. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

I asked because the message shown in the image I shared, combined with how long this has been going on, made me wonder about the reason behind it, since there hasn’t been a clear explanation

Same problem as well "28 days"

When can I expect an update or a resolution from the admins regarding this issue?

Thank you so much!

Hello everyone,

My TAX information has been validated and my Payoneer account is fully linked, but my payouts are still stuck 'In Review' after 25 days.

I created a topic regarding this previously but unfortunately didn't receive any guidance, and my support tickets remain completely unanswered. As a seller who actively develops and maintains tools for other creators on this platform, being left in the dark for nearly a month without any communication is quite disheartening. Everything on my end is set up correctly, so I am just looking for some clarity on what is holding the process up.

As per the forum rules for support requests, here are my Ticket IDs in hopes a moderator can kindly pass them along to the admins:

  • 219560 (latest)
  • 359074
  • 359831

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thanks for the insight.

You're right about the spike in sales, though it actually happened last month. The main reason I made three separate requests in such a short time was that I was trying to figure out how the tax deductions work. I made the first two smaller requests just to test and understand the tax logic before requesting the rest of the balance.

I will definitely wait patiently, but to be honest, the lack of any response from support makes me wonder if there is an actual issue with my account. Plus, seeing that the official review time is normally stated as 10-14 days naturally added to my confusion.

Still, what you said makes a lot of sense, testing the system with multiple requests probably triggered a deeper manual review on their end. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply and sharing that others are also waiting longer.

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question regarding current payout review times. I have a few payout requests that have been stuck in the "In Review" status for 13 to 15 days now.

I completely understand that payouts are reviewed manually and can take time, but I wanted to ask the community if anyone else is experiencing longer-than-usual wait times recently? Is there a known backlog right now?

I have already reached out to support a few days ago regarding my account specifically, but haven't received a reply yet. For the moderators, my Support Ticket ID is: 359074, 359831

Thank you for your time and any insights you can share!

Best regards,

Not at the moment, as I need a bit more support to make a Steam release viable without taking a loss. For now, I’m focusing my resources on the dither painting feature and my new application. I’d love to bring it to Steam once the project grows a bit more

Thanks a lot! Glad it's helping you iterate faster 🙌
