That really appears to be a problem specific to you because these packs have hundreds of downloads. Just download the zip file here instead of trying to use the itch app. 

I didn’t reupload anything. It’s still the same version. :)

There was a news post for the launch this pack, which I didn’t do until recently. 

The direct download of the zip works fine. No idea what the app might have as an issue. Just download it directly from this page.

The artstyle is just a choice by the creator. I wouldn’t say it’s inferior in any way. Just a different style :)

They appear to work for everybody else so it's likely the case that you haven't extracted them correctly:

It needs to be  Snapshot! V0.X\Mods\Modname\Modname.ini , NOT Snapshot! V0.X\Mods\Modname\Modname\Modname.ini

Also make sure that you download the most recent version of Snapshot.

9 more days have passed and unfortunately nothing happened. This project and all others that I uploaded are not indexed and my community users even get quarantine warnings. Meanwhile there was no feedback by the itch.io costumer support.

Anything else that can be done?

Yeah I’d expect it for every one of them until the itch team reviews it. You can still safely download it though.

My first project was released 7 days ago and is still not indexed. People even get the quarantine warning, despite it having 1,558 downloads and 4 ratings that are all 5 stars.

I've released my second project 4 days ago and it has the same problem.

My ticket nr is 309637. Please help to get my projects "unlocked".
