Hello there. I'm snalia, a native Japanese speaker looking for localization/translation projects.
Since I am a gamer who has former experience with localizing once, I strongly believe that I am able to make translations that feel natural for Japanese players. I'm comfortable to do anything, from just simple lines and the UI to promotional texts of the game.
I can offer both free and paid options, the price is negotiable depending on the scope of the works.
Additionally, I'd be glad if you could provide me the following things;
- The game itself
I'd like to check whether the translations have been applied correctly, whether the text fits within the text boxes (if there were one), and also whether the translations are appropriate for each scene.
- A Discord server
Direct communication with writers and developers would help me a lot. This is especially important for visual novel games where context, nuance, and even font choices matter.
- Plot scripts / character sheets
These help me understand the story, personalities, and relationships.
