Hi, I can't create posts without approval from a moderator and I'd really like an answer as to why this happened & if it can be solved. A few weeks ago on January 13th I contacted itchio support after one of my posts was hidden with the following message: "This page needs to be reviewed by a moderator before it can go live. It should be available shortly. Why? In order to prevent abuse sometimes we need to delay publishing a page for additional review."
I sent another email on January 27th, but my post still hasn't been revised. I haven't been able to make posts at all since then. My ticket IDs are 336558 and 339979.
