can a moderator please escalate this issue to staff as i got no reply on my ticket even though it says ticket recieved.

Hi, i noticed when i would search my game it would not show up and i did some research on this and found out the you have to set game to no payments. Previously i had donations enabled and now i have set it to no payments. It has been a week and my game page is still not indexed. i email support staff about this but got no reply. is there anything else i have to do or it will happen eventually?

Yes i plan to release full free versions one update behind paid versions.
