This was done using a one box strat in 1-7 which saves 4 sec, but it's VERY convoluted and difficult so I made a diagram:

• Red arrows show normal walking and jumping.
• Yellow arrows are the same, but when the player holds the crate.
• Blue arrows show coyote jumping.
• Green arrows show double jumping.
