Hi! I’ve released a small, free browser puzzle called Machi ni Akari wo (街に灯りを / “Bring Light to the City”).

A blackout has left the entire district in darkness. Each building shows the total power it needs from the switchboards connected to it. Place each number exactly once and use the overlapping conditions to deduce the only arrangement that can restore every building.

It is designed around logical deduction rather than trial and error: the satisfying moment is finding the one placement that must be true, then watching the city come back to life.

The current Web Beta includes six handcrafted stages and takes roughly 15–30 minutes. It works with mouse or touch and requires no download. The interface is currently in Japanese, but the core puzzle is based on numbers and diagrams.

I’m testing whether this idea is worth expanding, so feedback after finishing the six stages would be especially helpful.
