Hey everyone,

I published my first game, Last Light: A Lighthouse Keeper's Night, on October 6, and it's been almost a week now, but my game still doesn't show up anywhere in itch.io search or browse.

It's a paid Windows game, and I've already made sure everything is set up correctly. The page is public, the game files are uploaded, and I've added screenshots, a trailer, tags, and a proper description.

I've also read the Getting Indexed documentation, so I understand that first-time sellers might have to go through a manual review.

I emailed support on October 8 and followed up on October 10, but so far I've only received the automated response.

I'm honestly getting a bit frustrated because I've been putting a lot of effort into developing and promoting this game, and people are actually watching my gameplay videos on YouTube. But the game itself still isn't showing up in itch.io's discovery system.

If any itch.io moderators or staff happen to see this, could you please take a look at my game or check whether it's stuck in the review queue? I'd really appreciate knowing if there's an issue with the listing or if it's just waiting to be reviewed.

Has anyone else had this happen with their first paid game?
