itch.io

I have the same issues, but when i delete this lock file:
YourHomeDir\AppData\Roaming\itch\app\YourGameOrTool\.itch\runlock.json
... my tool will Launch again ... i think butlerd has a bug, maybe.

It's also mentioned in the itch app log file:
YourHomeDir\AppData\Roaming\itch\logs\itch.txt
... do a find for: runlock in notepad.

But the pattern i noticed is that:
- if i Launch my tool only one time per itch app session, it works fine,
- but twice in the same session i see the lock error or it just hangs with Running...
- which forces me to delete: runlock.json.

My tool works perfectly if i download the zip, unzip it, and run it that way .
