The one at the very bottom was renamed. The other file is for different compatibilities. Regular file would be 32 bit while the other one is 64 bit. And to answer your previous comment, it could be that when there's just slight changes to the file, idk it changes the version level. What you see in game is the actual version level. 0.033.14 contains 1 new boss fight. Go to the statue and past her and find the elf girls. Be sure to save and come prepared. If using Cynthia's hammer the boss fight is significantly easier as you can hit her with her own bombs.

Try fighting gnu first because her weapon is the best in the game and has a larger hit radius. Using that and its ability you can wipe out those mushrooms very easily and be sure to roll because when rolling you take no damage.

My strategy is to crouch because for some reason when you crouch you can't exactly get up... and when there is potential to get injured try to roll as you avoid all damage when rolling. When crouched you move slower so it kinda makes it easier to control and is sometimes very useful. I recommend taking on gnu after getting the healing wand or after you defeat the fox girl as her weapon is the strongest in the game with a great hitbox.
