Extremely charming little potion brewer! Took a minute to figure out how to do anything, but once I did it was magical. Gorgeous art too!

Nice little game loop, would like to see this expanded! Some minor critiques, if you don't mind?

The upgrades don't really feel as though they have much impact except attack speed. This makes the loop feel kind of stale after a couple runs. Also, sometimes the enemies bug out and spawn in a wall or already colliding with the player.

Overall though, great concept and fun execution.

Glad you enjoyed it! I'll compromise and make the boulder heat decay slower if we revisit the idea. The pixel art is something we're all trying to learn the basics of here at the eStudio, and learn we have. The tutorial you linked has also been pretty helpful in the days since, thank you for that!

Glad you enjoyed it! We had intention for more feedback but ran short on time due to the massive scope. The pixel art is something we're all trying to learn the basics of here at the eStudio, we're not going to learn much about it if we just use asset packs lol.

Gorgeous artstyle! I can tell your ambition exceeds the allotted timeframe.

Windows/Firefox in-browser

Really addicting; I wish the score counter worked!

Very satisfying to land a bank shot between several planets!  Incredible use of gravity.

Thanks man, glad you enjoyed!

So much fun! And great-looking too, felt very GBC/NES

Starts slow, but gets intense around the 50 point mark!

Truly delightful! I love the dedicated glorp button

An absolute joy, uses the limitation very well. One of each item in the shop per wave means total rebuilds are hard to pull off, so working with the consequences of your decisions is an engaging struggle.

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah I spent a good half of the jam just trying to de-jank the physics and grab detection, but it still came out a little wonky. Overall though I'm happy with how it came out.

Bruh

Very clever use of radial gravity!

Super charming art, easy controls, and more than enough challenge!

Tough and charming!

Easy to understand and artistically cohesive!

Tough, but the vibes are off the charts!

Absolutely adorable blorbos!

Tough to handle at first, and then becomes satisfying just in time for the heat death of the universe.

10/10

It's tough to get the hang of, but once you do, it's very satisfying! Solid work!

Quite difficult; Exceptionally charming!

Great stuff dude! Really felt like I was back in the good ol' days for a while there!
