imagine you're developing an unfinished game and releasing it with a clear disclaimer that it's unfinished. (Or In this case a Demo)

And there's exactly one person like you who writes in the comments that they'll hate your game (and your cat) if there's no update.

It's like playing an Early Access game and complaining that it's not complete.

If you don't like it, just say that, but please don't complain that it's not finished.

On Windows you have to select the "Windows.zip" Version and not the Game Jam Version. The Game Jam Version doesn't save the game and i think it is Older? I'am not sure, some Features don't exsits i think.
The Itch-App will Install the Game Jam Version when you click on Download, you have to select the Windows.zip-Version and not press the Download-Button.

On browser i't will save your game too.

I don't Use Mac, but i think you also should download the Mac.zip and not the Game Jam Version if you are on Mac

This was a joke, i know how to jump, but sometimes i accedently press Spacebar (And falling down a Platform), hold it not long enough (And falling of a Platform) or to long before Jumping (And falling of a Platform). 😂

I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my life on Eggs 😂
I spent 75% of the time falling off platforms because my brain just couldn't figure out how/when to jump, or how to get to certain spots.

(It's still a great game, though.)

I deleted the entire Game from All Folders, so that i basically have a clean install, so i can't accedentily skip. (With Epilepsie & Tremor i tend Press every Key on my Keyboard, trust me, it is annoying af XD)

If you want to, here is a simple Way on Windows for the Manual Download:
1. %appdata%/RenPy => There Should be a Folder called "PromisestoKeep" with a random Number, just delete it
2. Go to the Install Folder of your PTK Install, go into the Game Folder and just delete the save-Folder
Now you Should have a Clean Install on Manual Download
If you wan't to clean all data when you are using Itch: Do the same as the Manual one, and then you go to:
C:/Users/(xyz)/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/ => Delete the PromisestoKeep-Folder
xyz = There should be a itch-player folder, click that
If you want to know why there is this extra Folder: Itch basically creates a Virtual-Version of PTK and Executes it in the itch-player folder. This allowes for example that many people on you PC can run the same Game just with different Save-Files

On Android it is enough to just reinstall the app
