I deleted the entire Game from All Folders, so that i basically have a clean install, so i can't accedentily skip. (With Epilepsie & Tremor i tend Press every Key on my Keyboard, trust me, it is annoying af XD)
If you want to, here is a simple Way on Windows for the Manual Download:
1. %appdata%/RenPy => There Should be a Folder called "PromisestoKeep" with a random Number, just delete it
2. Go to the Install Folder of your PTK Install, go into the Game Folder and just delete the save-Folder
Now you Should have a Clean Install on Manual Download
If you wan't to clean all data when you are using Itch: Do the same as the Manual one, and then you go to:
C:/Users/(xyz)/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/ => Delete the PromisestoKeep-Folder
xyz = There should be a itch-player folder, click that
If you want to know why there is this extra Folder: Itch basically creates a Virtual-Version of PTK and Executes it in the itch-player folder. This allowes for example that many people on you PC can run the same Game just with different Save-Files
On Android it is enough to just reinstall the app
I don't have MAC, so idk how lol
