In order to unlock the Munbury Trip:

Have 1 Emerine (green) in inventory and speak to Dulrig about it, then to Ruben, then finally back to Dulrig. It should give you the option to explore the Munbury complex with Dulrig and potentially gain his 1st heart.

There are 3 events in which characters can die during Country Road. They happen whenever the quest tells you to go to the worksite (Forest Path).

1) Lenny - you need to give him some healing items, each item gives either +1 or +2 depending on the type. For his survival you need a minimum of 4 points, however higher points will give a more positive scene. Here's the list + links on how to make each item:

• Anti Bleeding Ointment: 2 points
• Health Potion: 1 point
• Health Potion (strong): 2 points

• Muscle Ointment: 2 points
• Soothing Potion: 2 points
• Soothing Potion (strong): 2 points

2) Roland - you either go for bombs or fight.

If you picked to fight the jellies, you have to defeat all 8 brown jellies, otherwise he dies. You need the following items to select this option:

• 7 Health Potions
• 7 Restrain Potions

If you picked the bombs, you skip the fights and ensure his survival. However you need: 

• 2 Exploding Bombs
• 1 Sanity Potion
• Intellect of 10 or more
• Agility of 8 or more
• Strength of 10 or more

3) Edmund - you have to select Take care of him. In order to select this option you need the following items:

• 4 cloths
• 2 antitoxins
• 5 health potions

I don't think the sister got deleted, but rather her storyline was never converted to the new version. Sadly, the game seems to be currently on hiatus, as MilkyNail has started working on a new project, so the sister will probably never be implemented into v2.

You find the witch in the Dark Swamp area.

To unlock the witch you must do the 'Lost Acolytes' quest from Othra (the Lizard Tribe Priestess). After the quest is done just look around the Dark Swamp area and it should pop up randomly.

It's a random chance encounter... I think that your in-game sexuality might affect it too - don't quote me on that since I'm not 100% sure.

I don't think there are any for non-corrupt Logan. He has some scenes in the bottom/corrupt route.
I think you just need to fight enough wererats, then it should appear on your map. (to access it you have to be underground)

I don't know all of them, like literally every single one.
But I know that having a higher like with said faction will change up the scene. 

I've never seen this one, but I'm sure you need the corrupted (bottom) Logan route... I assume it might happen either at the fair or when you bring Korg to Bareshade. (I'm not 100% sure since I haven't played with bottom Logan in a while)

I think you are able to find a broken axe at the forest hut, but you have to fix it.

I think you need to have your like high enough and then talk to the shopkeeper at night and to visit the barn with him, then you will get a scene in which you can sleep with Caleb. After that the sex with him becomes a random event while entering the barn

They are in the 0.28 update... which is still patreon only. You can find them in the Munbury Complex (uphill cave) in a hidden passage.

1) No, you can't. But you can have a positive relationship with them so they won't fight you. (They will just want to have sex with you)
2) You can go there - but nothing will happen... But hopefully Hyao adds the Orc's camp soon, I personally think it might take a little while since he's rewriting the code - plus some more areas need to be added in from what I remember reading.

You have to talk to Victoria and you start an event in which you have to satisfy her to release.

You have to ask Arion and he will have sex with her - you can join in if you want.

Yeah, I've played ToS. There's even a questline related to it, called ''Between worlds''. It happens after you finish the ''Curse of Lust'' questline. (Not to spoil anything butttt.. a character from ToS appears)

You just talk to him until your like is high enough, then while talking to him at night you have an option to talk about the hole in the fence... from there it gives you the option to go with him there or to leave. (Or at least something around those lines)

You have two spots inside the cave crawler nest area, they are both near each other in the bottom right part of the area, both being marked by a question mark.

You can increase your perception from drinking Focus Tea or by equip items/armor that increases that stat. (You can increase it while leveling up, but I personally wouldn't grind for that long.)

I'm not sure about Blake not being attracted to female MC, I just feel like he doesn't have much dialogue with the MC in general. You can't gain hearts with him yet.

To get hearts you need to complete specific events, to get the specific events you need to increase your ''like'' with them.

I'm pretty sure Logan's route isn't complete yet. Most the game is still a work in progress... I don't think you can get a second heart with him yet though.

You need to finish the lizard questline first. Then you have to look through the dark swamp until the character from ToS appears. When he appears you will be in a new area called ''Misty Abyss''. Then he will show up at the lizard's temple with his questline. (I don't want to spoil anything -  personally I think it's well written and worth to go through)

You might have to finish up the lizard's questline - including the ''Between worlds'' quest. I think that might do it.

I personally prefer using the wolves/werewolves... Just spamming tease around the forest hut. I don't think it's the most efficient method but that's how I do it.

The Tavern of Spear crossover quest... It's the one with the misty abyss and the chief of the lizard's tribe from Tavern of Spear (I think his names is Nexaus. The actual name for the quest is called ''Between worlds''. I think it was added some time around v0.19.  After finishing up that quest you have the nightmares.

I think you need to finish the ToS questline first then you just have to sleep for a few days and you will get a nightmare... after that how to do the nightmares should all be written inside your journal.

If you've done the ToS questline already just spam sleep until you get the nightmare... that should do it as it is random % based.
Just like a mini rundown of what you might need to do (without spoilers). You have to warn the lizards about your nightmare and then you do some small quest for the lizards, then you have to sleep and someone will appear in your dreams and then repeat sleeping and you get a nightmare choice, which is followed up by the lizard celebration party at the waterfalls.

You have to make a delivery with Dulrig, that will unlock option to talk with Everett in Outpost

You also need to see CG in the marketplace (during the night), which unlocks the naughty stuff with Everett. 

A few other texts have spelling and grammatical mistakes too... Hyao's first language isn't English, so I think it's understandable as he writes most of the game.

I'm not sure how to do that. But you can recover sanity from sleeping, using anything with Cleansing Water in it or just by going inside the cleansing lake under the lizard's temple.

I'm not exactly sure which door you're talking about but some of the areas haven't been finished yet, and rather than delaying the whole version Hyao added some ''work in progress'' areas. Which I assume will be added later in the game as they aren't necessarily that important to the current plot of the game.
