The concept is cool and the gameplay loop is fun! The art is very nice and so is the music. The jump could've been higher though, because i practically had to spam spacebar to jump over a single block which got pretty annoying. The pickaxe sound also got pretty repetitive. You can fix this by shifting the pitch randomly each time you play the sound, which makes it much more bearable. Overal, i dig the game ☺.

Cool idea! The art is very good and i like the music. The clone mechanic was hard to understand at first but when I got it it felt good and the puzzles with it are creative. The puzzles were a little easy imo, so some more mechanics would have been nice. Mainly different types of tiles. Maybe a tile that teleports you or something. But I did have a lot of fun playing the game. Good job!
Very unique concept! The map and the inside of the pancake van are very detailed and charming. I like that every customer asked for something different and the gameplay was fun. Though it took me a while to realise that you can click right mouse button to rotate the object you're holding. At first I just wildy moved my mouse until the pan rotated lol. So maybe you can put the controls on your itch page. The twist was fun, but nothing happenend when I beat the boss. The game is also extremely polished and feels like a finished game. The only thing is that there is no music. Overall, a very solid game. Good job! But one more thing: Where were the powdered sugar and the syrup?!!
Very cool idea and has a lot of potential. Though i completely didn't understand how you made new plants. I just kinda mixed randomly and sometimes i got a new plant. In the end I just filled the entire garden with the standard wildflower (I could've spent my time better) and just watched as everything got melted as they stepped into the flower field. Also, the art is very detailed and i like it very much. The sfx aare also very solid. So overall, very cool game. Good job!
I liked the pixel art. It looks good!
Though some of the pixel art looks blurry, but I'm pretty sure you already know how to unblur them because you did it with the player idle. I'll say it anyway, you want to go to your sprite, and set "Filter Mode" to "Point (no filter"). Then go to "Compression" and select "None". And make sure to do this to all your sprites (that are pixel art)!
Another quick pixel art tip here, try to keep the pixel size of all sprites the same, because your sprites might otherwise look out of place. For example, the grass pixels are way smaller than the player pixels.
There was also a problem where the player sometimes flipped over and it made the game unplayable. To fix this, go to your RigidBody2D component on your player object, go to "Contraints", and check "Freeze rotation Z".
Also, when you move midair against a wall, you'll just stick to the wall and float there. There is also a way to fix this. You can watch this video if you're interested:

Thats all the tips I have for you, hope that helps you on your game dev journey!
Anyways, for a first game, this is pretty good! Good entry to the gamejam. And good luck on your future projects!
The art is extremely good, especially for a gamejam game and i like he game concept. I do feel like the game's combat lacks some depth. Maybe you could've allowed non-weak items to used against mobs but you'd need to use two of them? The item guy you can encounter does add some strategy which is nice but he appears too infrequently at later levels (basicly not at all). I did enjoy it a lot though and I think you did a really good job!
Extremely polished game! The art and animations are really good and it's really cool to see that it is compatible with mobile. The music is also really nice although I missed some title screen music. The gameplay is simple yet fun, but i would've turned the music down a little and upped the volume of the sfx, because you can barely hear the jump sound. A death animation would've also been cool, but i'm just nitpicking here. Very good game and good job!
Pretty cool concept! I liked that you had two characters to control (the orange ball and the robot man). I think the game is a bit too easy though. Maybe you could've limited the amount of loops you could do, or make the direction pickups disappear forever once picked up, or maybe you had to pick up the pickups in a certain order. Anyways, nice entry!
Very cool and unique idea! The art and music are very good. I did think it was a bit too obvious which ones were demons (or maybe I got it wrong everytime). I would've liked some kind of feedback to see if you actually sent a demon or normal person to the correct place, because right now it's just kinda sorting people with no real goal. I did still enjoy playing it though. You did a fantastic job!
Very fun! The movement felt good and combining killing enemies and moving into one mechanic is very creative. I also like the simplicity of the controls. The art and music were solid and I liked the particle effects when you loop. I would have liked a little more enemy variety but I still really enjoyed the game. Well done!
I really liked the art and music! The game is very unforgiving though especially for a new player but once i got the hang of it it was really fun! That bear cat thing at the end of winter is way OP. I did find an exploit with the ginseng troop because he was unkillable! I made it all the way to year 4 with just one ginseng before I stopped. Anyway very good and polished game!
The central mechanic of creating copies of yourself was really cool! I could not beat the game because of a bug where sometimes if you restart or die the amount of time loops you have gets cut and the level becomes unbeatable (the time loop counter goes down by 2 even though i only died once). Also my game crashed once. But other than that pretty solid game good job!
Extremely fun and creative puzzle game! I beat all the levels except the last one which I couldn't solve because of the blue and yellow guys. Level 28 and 26 were the hardest imo. It was a bit hard to understand how the blue and red guys moved but when i got the hang of it they were fun to deal with! It's also insane how you made 30 high quality levels and polished the game within 4 days. Very good!
Very impressive game! The art and animations are extremely good especially for being drawn in such a short amount of time. The story was also very solid, i liked it a lot. The music and sound design were also nicely done. The player controls didn't feel entirely right though. The gravity velocity had no cap (or a very high one) and it felt kinda weird falling so fast. Air control also feels slippy, making it hard to land jumps. But the platforming was still fun! I do feel like you could've done more with the extra jump per loop mechanic. Going to optional paths with the third jump kinda feels pointless. And by the time you get the fourth jump the game is already complete. I do think it is a very cool and creative mechanic. Overall, very good game!
Very cute game! The art is spot on and the concept is very creative and fun. Though i think you should've given more control over where to place the sushi. Maybe click and drag the sushi on the treadmill? Though the limited controls were fun in a way because it forced me to think ahead and place the sushi in the right order. I also was missing some audio though, but for a game made in 4 days very well made, good job!
Cool concept! I did also get the bug where you would die without even seeing the bullet, but I didn't get it that often. I did get a few more bugs. Sometimes when a bullet hit me it didnt kill me. A lot of the time my clones wouldn't move from the spawn position and they never shot any bullets (im pretty sure thats unintentional because the first time i started the game my clone did shoot). Though it was fun trying to pass all the rooms while killing all the sentries. Nice job y'all!
I'm sorry that this happend to you! You can try to adjust the resolution of your monitor. The game is designed to be played at 1920x1080p, but anything above 1600x900p also works, although the game looks a little bit scuffed then. You can adjust your resolution by going to Settings -> System -> Screen -> Screen resolution. I hope this helps!
