enrapturing. felt like navigating someone else's nightmare/trip. i don't understand how i did most of what i did, but i did it lol. i hope you get to finish it, this is a beautiful surreal experience with a lot of potential for terror

hello sweet devs. i see the game was just updated for android. i also see some ppl requested an android update in the comments. since i've only played/seen the game on android, idk what they're asking for. i'm guessing other platforms were on a newer iteration? is there a changelog, or something in the devlog talking about what's in this update?

i also just wanna express my appreciation. this game is a wonderful & immersive  combo of atmosphere, cuteness, action, adventure, and silliness. i was hoping to find some text-based RPG games for android and never expected it to come in such a warm and beautiful package. clearly made with love, thank you so much 馃枻

Just sent a bug report.

Oh wow, thanks for the prompt reply & thanks for clarifying. The notification gave me the impression that Mitch would automatically be downloading the update if it wasn't causing an error. But yeah, the option to not automatically check for updates would be helpful for those of us who want the entire process to be manual.

Edit: The error says "An error occurred while checking updates". The error is for a game called cityglitch: https://mindfungus.itch.io/cityglitch

I think this makes sense for a number of reasons, as I generally can't stand forced updates (especially on devices with limited storage). My personal gripe, aside from generally having conttol over my device, is that one of my games gives an error every time Mitch tries to update it. This means I get a notification for an error for the same game every time Mitch tries to update it, which is very annoying.

Sweet! I was hoping it's that easy (and cheap lol). I've still got my GBC, just need a cart. Thanks for the info.

If you don't mind sharing--how did you play this on console? Do you need a flashcart or something like that? Any mods required to the hardware?

Am I missing something? I get to the loading screen and nothing happens. I confirmed my browser (Firefox ESR) supports WebGL, idk what else to do.
