Absolutely. Smile is designed to help without feeling like it’s helping. If a player gets stuck, the world can quietly become a little more revealing over time rather than giving them a traditional quest marker. I want discovery to still feel like the player’s own.

SMILE is a small exploration journey through Yumemori, a world that remembers kindness.
You begin in a world that feels unfinished. Explore, grow, follow what catches your attention, and discover what Yumemori has been hiding. Some things are obvious. Others are waiting to be found.
There are no quest markers telling you exactly where to go. Discovery and curiosity are part of the experience.
The first public beta is now available free for Windows and Android.
I'm releasing this build because I want to see what happens when people who didn't build the game enter Yumemori for the first time. Where do you go? What do you notice? What do you miss? Where do you get stuck?
I'm especially interested in feedback about exploration, discovery, pacing, controls, performance, and anything you manage to break.
Play SMILE on itch.io:

If you try it, I'd love to hear what you discovered.
