Thanks for the review and suggestions! I was originally only going to have one level and make it last forever but did end up creating a few different ones but the score to achieve to actually get to them isn't balanced very well...  (and the last level just gives you "survive" as a goal like Halo Reach). And yep the way different elements are introduced is quite poor too, you start with 4 guns and there's no introduction to what they actually do differently...

I agree definitely should've made the audio loop longer and started it quieter than it is as it is very grating... It's been updated to add a volume slider now at least 😅

I've added a sensitivity bar in an updated version as this was a common point of feedbacks 😅 

For the crosshair: I considered it during development but was trying to match the feeling of the original doom which didn't have a crosshair so I added some other weapons that are better for clearing out the bunches of them... Doing something closer to modern doom probably would have played better though

Yeahhh I was missing a few hours sleep when I made it toward the end of the jam, definitely a pretty deafening loop... I've added a V1.1 that adds a volume bar and options so people can turn it down / off 😅

Really cool concept! The clipboard with the tells is a clever way of adding deduction & calculating risks :) 

The whole thing feels really polished too with good music & animations
