Not that I'm obsessed with this game or anything, but I've found a bug (or possibly a cheat?). If you rat on each other from the menu while in control of a camera console, you restart the game but whatever the flag is that allows you to view all the cameras isn't reset so you start the new game with full visibility of all cameras in a level. That carries on through as many levels as you like UNTIL you log into and out of another camera console. It makes levels easier in the sense that you have better visibility of rooms you aren't in without having to find a safe camera console to access, but if you want to maintain that benefit, it means you can't temporarily disable cameras from a console. Screenshot shows a level where I can see from both cameras while both thieves are outside.

Another bug I spotted is that if you rat on each other while you're detected (for more than a couple of seconds), when you restart the game you still have to lay low for a day in the new game so instead of starting off at $150, you start off with $98.

Not the end of the world but thought I might as well share my findings.

Gonna click through and buy you a coffee now because this is the best casual game I've played in ages.

New high score, then I lasted another 119 days. Still loving the game.

If you're taking any suggestions for future development, I think that it would be good to have some broken-down scores. Since your daily expenses increase progressively through the course of the game, the strong likelihood (at least in my experience) is that you will hit a high score early on then ultimately dwindle down until you run out of cash. For that reason, a very high number of days, in my opinion, is as impressive as a particularly high cash score.

At the end of your game, I think it would be good if you had a breakdown of things like: -

  • Cumulative cash stolen
  • Number of properties raided/attempted
  • Number of days laid low
  • Number of safes cracked
  • Number of computers hacked
  • Number of cat pictures downloaded
  • Number of cameras disabled
  • Number of times detected
  • Number of times UNdetected
  • Number of times caught/bailed
  • Number of wallets pilfered
  • Number of ties taken
  • Number of windows broken
  • Number of times stolen gold bars
  • Number of times stolen diamonds
  • Number of perfect raids (loot gained, undetected, no windows broken, no cameras permanently disabled [temporarily disabled  via the console or power cut is fine])

I bettered my high score. I don't think this game will ever get boring. Thank you!

I LOVE this game. I didn't immediately understand the terminal that you use to control the cameras but I got the hang of it after a short while. Here's my latest (and highest score - it was so frustrating falling short of the $10k!)

I've got it to work by adding 2MB chip RAM
