I really love the visuals of your game! The sunset and water looks super nice and they both work together very well. The fishing was real smooth and simple, which I enjoyed. I like the oxygen level for whenever the player is submerged in the water and the map is big enough to explore.

I think there could have been some sort of quest system to incentivize the player to go out and catch fish and explore. A death screen would be nice to let the player know the Sherk has killed them, as well as maybe having the Sherk patrol the region.

Overall this is a nice base for a 3d fishing horror experience. Nice Work!

I really love the aesthetic of your game! There was a good amount of NPC's to talk to and explore around the little island. My favorite aspect of the game has to be the gambling. I also really like the art style of the game. VHS games always have a unsettling feel to it which is perfect for a horror game.

I think that 1 minute isn't enough time to look around the island for fish. The first couple times playing it I would run out of time just by trying to talk to the NPC's in the game. I think adding more content and a bigger island would help a lot!

Overall great job!

Hey, I'm having some trouble trying to open the game. If you're able to reupload the game file as an HTLM that can be played in browser that would be great!

I really love the art style of this game! I'm personally a big fan of the VHS type games and I love the dark atmosphere this game has. The movement was nice and smooth, and I'm very impressed by the water visuals. The start screen is also a really nice touch to the game.

I got stuck once I left the apartment and got into the boat. There didn't seem to be anything to do once on the boat. So there is definitely a lack of content or direction once on the boat. I was also a bit confused on how to throw the pizza in the trash bin but I eventually figured it out. I think highlighting the object of interest like the trash bin or the front door would be great help for the player.

Overall this game has great potential and can be turned into an amazing experience!

I love the fishing mechanic! I find it super unique and immersive and the sonar system and sound effect was very satisfying.  The player movement in the town is nice and responsive, and I liked where the story was heading. The art assets and style worked well together, and it felt like a classic pixel top down rpg.

I got confused on how to rest after the first day, there's no bed or anything so I'm going to assume you can't progress after the first day. There's also a bug where if you enter the bar and exit quickly, you get stuck with the interior bar visuals and you gotta walk over to another building to trigger the layer switch back to outdoors.

But overall, great work! I had lots of fun fishing in your game!
