It looks fun guys, and I love that it has the polish of voice acting, and the feel of a DK 64 game. However, there were a couple of things that immediately stood out to me that made the game hard to play.  First the not such a big deal, but I had to physically click on Jenny to play, I couldn't click enter like I had or use any of the other buttons on the keyboard. I had to use my mouse.  But the second is that I was unable to access a settings menu.  The game lagged on my i7, 32gb Ram, zbook firefly g9(integrated graphics card). I know it is an issue with the integrated gpu, but I was unable to tone down the graphics or switch it to window mode in order to play.  I really want to try it out so I am going to use my desktop later, but I wanted to report that even newer laptops were unable to play.

This was done in game maker several years ago.  I haven't done a lot recently but I am thinking about making a part 2 or revisiting this one.

Hold shift to run and that increases jump strength.

Definitely the one I have had the most fun playing even though I wasn't taking damage and shooting things was optional.  Pixel art was awesome, sounds were good, controls were fluid.  Here's hoping for a full game!

This has some great potential as its own game without reference to anything.  Really hoping it could become like the Warcraft III Map Battleships!

Thanks for the comments. I always appreciate that. About the spam shooting, I was looking for what kind of skill would make one player better than the other. If I had the mower going at a constant rate there would maybe be a test of slight accuracy but not much else. With having to mash the shoot key I feel like there will be a certain level of "skill." I also thought it would be more of an arcade game that way. It feels a little funny on the keyboard but with a joystick and an arcade button it would be pretty sweet.
