Thanks, I recently noticed this issue with other items besides the feather key and orbs so this helps. Hope everything gets fixed in the next patch.

Unfortunately I cant provide the saves of my playthrough since I deleted them after I finished it however I started a new game to see if the problem persisted and it did. This save file is right before collecting the second feather after which I am supposed to get the feather key however it never shows up in my inventory despite the text saying that I have obtained it.

Yes I know, what I meant was in a new game when I collect the feathers and orbs from the dungeon AGAIN they dont show up in my inventory.

During my first playthrough  I collected the feather key and all the orbs without issue however once I reached the end of that playthrough and started a new one to try a different route those items are no longer showing up in my inventory after I supposedly collected them.
