It was a SpeccyDate file-saving bug, Playdate filesystems refused to replace the existing controls file

deleting the existing .keys file before saving is the temporary workaround.

I am sorting it now, thanks for letting me know.

Sounds like a save overwrite bug.....

How did you get the flying down? 

Is it something that can be switched off in-between scenes or have you tweaked the engine, the flying could also be used as swimming!

Level design is top notch, the right amount of challenge that make you want to keep going, really impressed.

Are you using the child actors method for the larger sprites?
How did you make the cutscenes of the doors opening? Is that separate actors working with each other?
