The art is stylish, the physics feel smooth and satisfying, and the level design is solid. The idea of using a paper plane to form loops is both clever and original. Awesome work!
The music also makes everything so cozy and relaxing.
A game about sushi? Of course I had to try it! 🍣
At first, the gameplay felt a bit confusing — but once I opened the pause menu and read the effects of each ingredient, everything became much clearer and more enjoyable.
I really liked the concept of stacking ingredients to create your own recipes. Super creative idea and a solid game overall!
Also, the art is super cute, and the food looks surprisingly realistic… It's actually making me hungry!
As others have said, the art in this game is incredible — it's actually what made me click on it in the first place!
The gameplay is super enjoyable. Turning a board game into a looping path is such a clever idea. The balance between moving to avoid attacks, collecting dice, and attacking is really well thought out.
I honestly think this game has strong potential beyond the jam.
I found the game really enjoyable and responsive to play.
I've seen a few jam entries with the concept of trapping enemies in loops, and I think this one is my favorite in that style.
The music and SFX are solid — I especially liked the random sound variation when picking up crates, instead of hearing the same one every time.
The artwork is also beautiful.
Overall, a very solid jam entry!
I love this! As someone who played a lot of motorcycle trial games as a kid, this instantly brought back memories.
The game is packed with juice — the sense of speed works amazingly well with the music, effects, and shaders. Everything feels super polished.
The boost mechanic even lets you pull off some Rocket League-style aerials, which is awesome.
Honestly, this is a fantastic game. Huge congrats!
Such a great idea to turn a classic childhood board game into a chaotic TV show format — love it!
What I really appreciated is how the items help balance out the randomness. Unlike some other games I played during the jam that relied heavily on luck, this one gives the player more room to strategize.
Super impressive to pull off something like this in 3D in just 4 days. Huge congrats!
I really enjoyed playing this game. It starts off with a playful tone — the idea of sacrificing one of the cat’s nine lives to progress is both clever and fun.
Then it quickly becomes addictive and genuinely fun to keep going through the later levels.
I couldn’t manage to beat the level with the two consecutive lakes though — that one was pretty tough!
Great game overall!
The artwork is really nice, and making a dynamically growing snake is quite impressive for a jam — honestly, I wouldn’t even know how to approach something like that!
In terms of gameplay, the interpretation of the "loop" theme is really interesting. I can see the ambition to build a sort of survival game, which is cool. The game definitely has potential, but I think it would help if you could build a new nest elsewhere to progress more easily through the level (which seems quite large).
Maybe it's already possible, but I couldn’t find another tree like the one at the start.
It's a real shame there’s no sound yet — there’s definitely something strong here.
As others have said, the art style is really cool — the notebook and ink effect is very well done!
Unfortunately, the gameplay didn’t feel very original to me, as it’s not the first game I’ve played during the jam where you have to circle enemies to defeat them (in fact, I discovered your game after playing one like that).
That said, it's still a solid entry with a great presentation!
The core mechanic is super creative — I’ve never seen this kind of enemy wave system combined with rhythm and track-building before. Really impressive!
My brain definitely started melting around wave 5~6, but I had a great time experimenting and defeating enemies with different tones and patterns.
A very strong and original entry for this jam. Well done!
I really liked being able to choose a class at the start — that was a nice touch!
The old-school vibe is great, and the exploration part is really well done. It’s easy to understand the layout with doors, hallways, and rooms.
It’s a bit of a shame there’s no music, as it would have helped make the experience more immersive.
Still, a very solid entry — and a huge achievement to pull off this kind of game in just 4 days!
The artwork is really beautiful — you can tell there was some talented artist on the team!
As others have mentioned, it’s a bit of a shame that the audio lags and sounds a bit distorted at times. I also noticed that once in-game, the ship and the crew member you need to rescue seem a bit compressed or lower quality visually, which is a bit unfortunate given how good everything else looks.
The fuel-based gameplay is fun and original — it makes for a great little jam game.
Great entry!
Very cool name and branding!
The concept is really fun and fits the theme nicely. That said, I would’ve liked to have a bit more control over what I’m doing — for example, some hints about upcoming enemy waves could help with planning.
Still, it’s a very interesting idea with solid artwork. Great work!
Such a cute and pleasant game to play — I love Bob!
My only small critiques would be that hearing the footstep SFX while the character is in the air feels a bit off, and the grappling hook could use a bit more “juice.” Maybe making it snappier, using a sharper sound effect, or even adding some camera shake could help give it more impact.
I really enjoyed playing through to the end — now I’m wondering what ending I would’ve gotten if I had been a bit greedier!
Really great job overall — super creative and well executed.
The game looks great! It's a bit of a shame that there’s no walking animation for the main character, and that the boss doesn’t move either.
Also, while clearing the dungeon brings you back to the starting point, I’m not entirely sure how that ties into the “loop” theme.
It's an interesting game, but you can tell time was tight — which is totally understandable for a jam. Still, nice effort!
The game feels super polished! The scene transition animation is really cool, the pixel art is cute and colorful, and the camera movement has a great sense of style.
That said, I started to feel a bit dizzy after playing for a while, so I couldn’t stay in the game too long.
Also, as others mentioned, it's not immediately clear why you can't touch the blue square — you have to progress a bit to figure it out. Maybe tweaking the order in which enemies appear could help make that clearer.
Very cool game overall!
I clicked on this page because the cover GIF looked super fun — and I’m glad I did!
The game feels incredibly polished. It’s super cute, and the animations are so smooth. I’m especially impressed by the ability to grab onto platform edges — it feels great.
The level design is really smart, and I love how you can play with bounce physics while falling. It’s a clever mechanic!
Personally, I think the bounce could be a bit more powerful after multiple consecutive falls, but that’s just a matter of taste.
Amazing game — well done!
The idea of using the mouse to steer, shift gears, grab your weapon, etc. is really clever!
It totally reminded me of my first few driving lessons... minus the shotgun in the car, of course 😄
That said, the controls are extremely difficult — it’s definitely not easy to handle.
Still, there's a lot of potential here!
As others have said, the game's visual style is really charming!
I did find the collisions with your own clones a bit odd, which made the gameplay feel a little tricky at times.
That said, I really like the idea of being able to start the loop recording whenever you want — it gives a great sense of control.
Very cool concept!
Artistically, the game is solid — the lighting is beautiful, the building distortion effect when you pass by looks really cool, and the white streak VFX add a great sense of speed.
It's a shame the game feels a bit unfinished, with missing audio and a few bugs here and there.
But there's definitely potential!
Super cool concept! I do agree with others that the secret passage comes a bit too early and can be pretty confusing — I had to check the YouTube gameplay to figure it out.
Also, the audio loop is quite short, so the repetition is noticeable, especially with the loop start being very distinct.
That said, the gameplay is enjoyable and the execution is solid. Great work overall!
As others have said, the graphics are amazing and the atmosphere is incredible — I wish I could create something like this, haha.
Maybe adding some SFX during dialogues could help make the experience even more immersive.
As for the gameplay itself... well, it's coin flips. Since it's mostly based on randomness, I feel like the power-ups should help balance that randomness rather than amplify it.
That being said, on the artistic side, I have nothing to critique — 10/10!
The game is incredible — I honestly didn’t expect to see a jam entry include a full cinematic and such a beautiful transition with the notebook and doodles.
The plane controls might be a bit tricky, though that could just be me not being very good at it 😅
Either way, I really enjoyed the experience and had a lot of fun. Great job!
The music is lovely and fits the game perfectly.
