This is great!

Hi!!

Wow! I am so happy someone still plays this!

Hahah! I should have implemented a function to bribe judges if you can make tons of money! In order to win you need to level up your project depending on the type (rpg, action or adventure)! Managing the time is as frustrating as in real life which maybe is not the best choice for a game but I am glad you enjoyed! I love that little character doing stuff too! I wonder if I should make it a more complete game in the future!

Thank you so much!! It made my day to read your comment!

Thank you so much!! I am so surprised people are digging the music I really just made it in a rush the last minutes of submission time haha! I am so happy it turned out well!

It wasn't super easy I have to say but definitely fun to make!

Wo! Thank you so much! It was a fan project! Do you think it would work as a full game and not just a little demo? Maybe with more features added. Ah and did you manage to beat it? haha

You are right! I did basically no testing so the game is not very balanced hahaha. But it's possible to beat maybe after a few tries haha.

I really liked it! It's kinda relaxing and the vibes o the graphics are just right! Well done!

Wow thank you! Actually I rushed the sound design the last 2 hours before submitting it because I was super late hahaha

Haha, thank you!

Thank you so much!!!

You are right! I made all the audio design yesterday in the last 3 hours before submission closed and I found out the bgm is BLASTING after I uploaded the game... So there's no way for me to modify it T_T Sorry for the loud audio.

Man first of all thank you so much for playing the game!

I agree with everything you say. Reason why the cutscenes are so basic is that I didn't have time to work on extra animations and the game is so short that I wanted to focus more on the gameplay to be as much as bug free and smooth as possible trying to replicate the first Monkey Island layout the best I could. Same for the sound design I made the song in about 30 minutes and the whole sound design is really basic so yes, if it was a whole game I would have put much cure to the sound maybe have a BGM for the shop itself and more "lucasarts" style design!

So I agree with all you said!

Thank you so much for the feedback!!

Hi!

Absolutely no spoilers!! There are only 2 references to MI2 and it’s nothing story related!

Nice cute game!

Did you make all the art and music by yourself?

I agree with AronGameDeveloper maybe the fire is a bit OP, would be nice to have some more "strategy" maybe chose when to use an element or the other and some animation of the little mage?

Overall nice one!

I actually can do both! Enter is a good idea!

I will put it in the next update!

thank you so much for the feedback!😍

Wow thank you so much for the comment!!

Since I didn’t have much time to improve it much I couldn’t add the dialogue skip features to ALL the dialogues but just to the one you actually do with the storekeeper! And like the old MI you can skip it with the period on the keyboard! “.”

when I have a bit of time I want to extend the dialogue skipping feature to all the dialogues lines even when you interact with other objects!

but that’s so good that you could feel the MI vibes because that was my very first objective!!

Could you beat the game by the way? 😂

Hi! Thank you so much for the feedback!! I am not a pac-man person either so I totally understand 😂it started as a practice project to learn godot but I really liked the character and wanted to do something a bit more complete and maybe I will expand it and evolve it in the future!

Woow that’s an interesting bug I have never experienced that so far!! Can you replicate it?

I will work on the problem and try to solve it!

Thank you for trying it out!!
