I'm not usually a 4x player but found the game pretty interesting but a bit overwhelming overall. Almost got the hang of it on my first run but it froze around halfway through the video (you'll see).

Thanks for the feedback

  • I'll work on streamlining the potion crafting process to make it more obvious what's going on - you need 2 colours to make a potion, current combinations are shown in the top left of the crafting screen. You click "create" once the 2 colours are mixed. You should be able to click "exit" at any time
  • Once crafted, the potion will appear on the left of the workbench, you can pick them up, switch to the slot (probably slot 2) and left click to drink the potion.
    Each potion has a different effect, normally giving you a new weapon/claw and a secondary attack using right click.
    You can watch the video on the project page to see how it's done.
  • The axe should always be in slot 1, after drinking a potion, if it gives you a claw, it will replace your weapon. You need to press V to cancel the potion or wait for it to expire before you can equip the axe again.
  • I'll check this one out, the stamina/knockout system needs to be changed a bit

I might put together a tutorial for the next build, thanks for pointing out the confusing bits, very helpful.
