I recently made the first publish of my ongoing Ren'Py motion graphics comic Homeless Rice Ninja: The Rocky Road. This preview is just three "pages" long, so you can check it out and be done in about a minute.

It's a somewhat unusual application of Ren'Py in that it's not a game and it doesn't use the VN character dialogue box. The preview is "silent film" style with no dialogue. The later parts will have speech bubbles.
I'm good with any feedback, but here are my questions important for this small start:
1. Does it run well on your system? Which OS build did you try?
2. For Windows and Mac: Are the taskbar/file manager/application window rice ball icons clearly visible?
3. What do you think of the controls? (See the Control Help screen for details.)
4. More paper texture or less paper texture, or is it fine as-is? (I'm afraid making it user-adjustable isn't an option because Ren'Py doesn't have multiply blending; the top menu screen just uses an opacity trick.)
5. Ren'Py devs: What do you think of how the ATL is being used? Any suggestions for functions and features that would be of good use for this kind of project?
