It's part of the rules that you can ONLY make it in the time frame and it HAS to do with the theme. You can't just ignore it for reviews because then people hate u and ur game for disrespecting the whole point of a jam so you can get reviews

The whole point of game jams is to make a game IN THE TIME FRAME to DO WITH THE THEME. You can't just ignore it so that people review your game.
