Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. From the sound design, to the fast paced action, to the attract screen tutorial. A new holiday classic for sure.

Apart from a few technical hiccups with formating, this game was an absolute delight.
The first half was a delightfully sweet story with the some relatable moments, but that SECOND half... I loved it so much. The angst and characterization fed my soul. Great job. Would love to see a sequel someday, but these characters will live rent-free in my heart forever.
Super cool to see someone else use low poly 3D for the jam!
The the game itself was pretty unnerving. The camera effects were great! The ending was... woof.
I wasn't sure if there was something I was supposed to do with the Planchet parts... It seemed like I was supposed to make it move, but I was never able to get a reaction. It also made me wonder if there was more than one ending? But I couldn't find any.
Edit: I noticed that there were some clips of a scene I couldn't get in the screenshots, so I guess I just couldn't figure out how to get the planchet to move. :/
A fun little game. Could really have bennifited from a bit more sound design. Some extra SFX for the spring boards and damage would have helped elevate it a lot. It was also unclear how many hits you could take from the the "punching bags" and "fire hydrants" so it was a surprise when I died from them. Pretty short, but still a fun little game.
I love the concept of this. Building the stage for the A.I. is a cool concept I never would have thought of. I ran into a couple bugs while playing, especially the contestant going through the metal door when I tried to block them off with it, but a very enjoyable game all around and a GREAT use of theme.

This is the most fun game of the jam I've played so far. From just a fun factor this five stars for sure. The different power ups you and the enemies can get really make the game. I got the "Player attacks have knockback" and I laughed out loud when I sent the first enemy flying across the screen. Great job!
I am looking for someone to help me with the death animations for my adventure game. The demo for the game is in late stage alpha, and I am a currently adding all the fun bells and whistles that will give it some punch and make it stand out. Animation is something that is currently beyond my current abilities, so I would like to hire someone to help.
I already have a few artists interested, so I am looking to set up a trail project after selecting the ones I think would be a best match from their portfolios. All work, including the trail project will be paid and credited. Pay will be fair, but I do have a limited budget.
Please send a message or leave a comment providing a link to your portfolio and contact information if interested.
Thank you,

1. Hi there! What's your name? Want to introduce yourself?
I'm Kyle ,
2. Did you participate in the last jam we held? If so, what do you plan on doing better this time? If not, what's your reason for joining?
I didn't. I only started learning programming a few months ago.
3. What games are your favorites? Did any of them inspire you, or made you want to make your own?
My favorite games include Cave Story, most of the Platinum game series, and RPG's like the original Paper Mario. So naturally I'm making visual novels.
4. Do you have experience with game development? What did you do/with what engine?
I've played around with Renpy, but haven't completed anything yet.
5. Tell us about something you're passionate about!
Stories! Especially with LGBT characters! I am an absolute Lore Whore and story nut.
6. What are your goals for this game jam?
Create a fully playable original VN/Adventure game. Or at least a flushed out demo.
