thankyy I'm glad it does come off as poetic :'3

Ay, I'm glad you can enjoy it nonetheless

pretty and heart-wrenching :'3 though, I think the story can be made to be more impactful still, if the writing were improved. there are a lot of things I'm still confused with, like what actually happened while Ethan was in coma, and why Renee was there with him in the "black box" (or why she has to be there at all, what's her role in the story exactly...) but I gotta admit that scene where Ethan was spiraling down in the black room was discomforting, what with there's lack of anything on the screen but black bg - which means you've done good job on that part uwu)b

thankyy~ <33

It's very nice :'3
I love this kind of somber yet gently kind and heartwarming stories - and even more through the poetic writing. (Plus, the visual and audio are 10/10; very fitting)
Hmm... I found that the esc toggle doesn't work for me, though (I'm playing on PC)

OH MY GOODNESS IRON VALLEY!! there was a few weeks after I discovered it that my life was consumed by Iron Valley and I had to hold myself from blabbering about it to everyone everywhere xDD  I didn't play Ironsworn, but seeing that it was the engine for Iron Valley and also related to pbta, I went to check it out a bit on YT review.

Part of why I look around for more TTRPG to study, though, is because I'm also making my own game. There's a lot of elements I still need to work out, plus I always get more ideas for more games anyway, so studying other games is always nice...

and thus said, thanks for yet another recommendation! I'll surely check them out uwu)b

Thanks for the link! I'll at least check it out, since I do want to learn about all kinds of TTRPG out there :3c

And no, I don't mind sharing my play session. True, many of games I play end up as personal story to me and I just share them to my closest people, but this one isn't that personal, and I'm just happy with playing with the motifs - so I don't mind sharing them.  Here you go! :3

I played it a bit more loosely but it's been pretty fun. I especially LOVE the motif fields we can fill up on our own (in fact I spent so much time filling up field after field, because i kept coming up with more motifs, way more than what was asked by your guideline XD). It's like we can gather up ingredients we love so that no matter what mix come up, the story would have our favorite tropes in it. Thank you a lot!

Well, even if I don't get to play it, I have a bunch of "OCs", so imagining them as princesses has already been fun uwu) 💜

Aaaaaaaa I'm not in any way an experienced player or GM, but I so want to try this out. It's like two of my favs trope getting fused: magical girls and magic school *-*)b

Thank you for this game! And thank you for the explanation around clock mechanics and flashback - I'm new to the PbtA stuffs, and though I've seen it used in other similar games, I couldn't quite grasp how to use them right ><

Bless you and your daughters! <33

This is a cool idea (despite the macabre/depressing theme)!

I'm glad you're loving it! :D
You're welcome, and good luck and have fun making those assets! <3

There are three endings! I forgot to mention that (i have written it now) ><

And thankyyyy as always for playing <333

I'm glad you enjoyed it. And I'll gladly infodump about the characters if you want to know more

Heheheh, thanks a lot for playing! And hab fun 'til you find the "end" uwu

I don't know how to add that +1 to your comment, so: you're very welcomeee~! it was always fun working with you :3

(1 edit)

*lifts up this game like the monkey lifts up Simba* it's time to brag the game and spread the moe attack /*w*)/

Yish, go for it! I'd be open for writing discussion and some editing as well if you need help in the future :3

Aaaa, love the character interactions! and the story plot idea too! Or... what is the words... I mean, the cases? the events? I guess it's just fun figuring out who is what and involved in what events in what kind of way... And to think that the story is just unfolding in one setting!

Sure, there are still things that could be improved; like for example, there are still some dialogues shown with inappropriate character name, and I notice one instance where the sprite is taken out late from the screen. I imagine if there had been more time and hands on deck, the GUI could use some customization, and the script could use help from an editor or co-writer to smooth out the english. Who knows, even more details to the story elements (like the names of people and instances involved at the outskirt of the story).

But anyway--for a game made solo in a month and half, you did a good job! uwu)b

I'm impressed :3

While the writing is obviously hurried and the assets are clearly assembled together from free assets, the plot itself makes for a very interesting psychological mystery/thriller story idea. I'm pretty sure if it were ever given more work (probably a hell lotsa work), the game could make for a very satisfying story and experience.

There's also the thing about the meta-gameplay that adds a unique point to the VN. That's some nice mechanic; I'm always impressed by those who can think up of these meta gameplay elements because I can't think of weaving something like this into my story myself. uwu)b

Cute game! but, I can't seem to pick up the turnip for some reason .w.)

Oh my... these are so beautiful. Thank you so much for making these!

This looks so cute! I don't know what I want to make yet with this, but it sure makes me want to make some games! :D

Aaaaa, thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

This is a fun and simple treat for Halloween! Thanks for making it, I enjoyed it! :D

Heheheh, thank you! what are games for if not to channel our inner desires to do evil... (in this case, breaking our diet :d)

Eeyyy, enjoy the pajama! (now I want one too) XD

A (hilariously) epic journey...
