The art style is definitely a highlight! It just felt like the sheep requirements changed too fast - especially in the middle of sending a sheep over that was correct just a second ago.

Thanks for playing!

Great concept and a lot of fun to play once I figured it out! I just had trouble at the start because the tutorial showed one kind of sick sheep, so that's what I was looking for. Then, when I lost the first... 10 times, haha, I didn't know which sheep on the screen did it. Maybe the game could've spent a second pointing out the offender.

Also, nothing to do with the gameplay - when you're doing pixel art, watch out for mixels! That means mixed /different sized pixels on the screen at the same time.

Really fast paced and fun! I did feel like the sheep's hitbox was too small, though. Often, diving on top of them from slightly the wrong angle didn't give me any points.

Thanks for the feedback! From one sheep game submitter to another :)

This is really cute! I love the art, and the concept of the mechanic is really clever.

However, part of the screen gets cut off unless you're in fullscreen, which hides important platforms. It also would've been more intuitive to make holding things as a ghost an on/off toggle instead of having to hold down space, it took me a while to figure that out, even with the instructions on the screen. Controls are sort of fiddly too, it feels like the player character is floating/sliding. And I didn't really understand why I could fall asleep in certain points on the map, but not in others.

Overall though, I would love to see this built on. I think you came up with something really charming here!

Hey, just so you know, the download here is getting flagged by itch.io for being potentially malicious, possibly because the file is password protected.

Really like how you worked the theme in! It's very liminal and you create a great atmosphere.

Unfortunately there are a few gameplay things that messed with my enjoyment.

For one, the text is load bearing for the story, but I kept overlooking it because it's small, fairly out of the way, and blends into the background. It's also unintuitive to click through it with the LMB instead of the same button used to interact with everything else. Even seeing [LMB] after every text prompt didn't really help that - I just kept forgetting about it.

To the sound design: The static was a great touch, but the footsteps felt too loud for such a quiet atmosphere.

Finally: I couldn't finish this. On the second waking up, the lamps are placed in the middle of the walkway and I just kept falling off and had to start the game all over again. I just couldn't find a way to maneuver around them, and it got frustrating. Which is a shame, because I would've loved to see where the story was going.

Yeah, my display is 1920 x 1080. It also happens when I'm not in fullscreen mode, though. Maybe something about global versus local mouse position? Or how the offset is calculated?

Cool game idea! Unfortunately, there's an offset from the flashlight to my mouse that keeps me from seeing anything in the right corner of the screen, and that also means that I have to click the bells in the dark after finding them. The offset seems to get smaller the closer I am to the upper right corner.

Thanks for the hype and thank you for playing!

Thank you!!

I realize I never responded to this here. Thank you so much for playing!
