Is it possible for mods to highlight the ticket and notify it to the support center? Since this is not like a minor problem..

I accepted the payment on paypal so it was also my fault, anyway the amount should have been 11,99$. As the the dev of the app replied also here, he contacted the support as well to solve everything in the best ways. I still want the app and pay that 11,99$, i just need the other big amount back .. 😟

I got an alert from PayPal but i didn't pay attention at the amount because i thought the price was locked at 11,99, i found out after the mess that happened you can basically pay the item as much as you want, i don't know how i paid that much tho probably the comma of 10,99 got away somehow 🥲 i'm still waiting for support i wish they help me asap and get a refund for the remaining amount

Hi, i bought an App called QGO which costs 11,99$ on their page. I don't know how but i am literally crying because i paid instead 1199$ and i don't know why and how. I still want the app and support 100% the dev but i seriously need a refund of the remaining amount. Please, help me🙏🙏 i already contacted support and paypal, the mail id of the ticket is 208174. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Edit: i also contacted the dev of the app which is such a nice guy he told me to contact itchio support to solve this problem
