Hi, I've been trying to buy some games for a while now and everytime I get the same message:

Sorry, we can't accept your purchase at this time due to the updated 2015 VAT regulations. Your billing address does not match your purchase location (DK). itchio

I'm located in Spain and I've never lived anywhere else and also it's the first time I'm trying to buy in Itchio. It happened to me during the sales and couldn't get the game I wanted. I sent an email explaining my problem after that but I haven't got a response yet.

I´ve searched in this forum if someone had the same problem as me but the posts I found didn't give me a solution. I'm not using any kind of proxys, the only thing I have is adblock and I has disable it in this website.

Does anybody know how to solve my problem? Thank you very much for reading
