roblox updated it automatically it aint from 2006  no more

thats the neat part, you dont (you have to remake it with the stuff available in the avatar editor, it closes because it crashes from stuff added in much later clients)

apparently roblox privatized asset delivery so no you cant use roblox for that

Just use UndertaleModTool, no need to decompile the entire build.

Just use UndertaleModTool to check out the files, you'l find the playable noise and the data for the super old The Noise battle.

I found a .zip on archive.org that contains a lot of old pizza tower builds, it might have v1 or v3,  also i already have v3, but i don't know any of the links.

You just dont have the Level Editor V3 build, it makes a  Levels folder that contains levels made in it, same with the V2 and V1 builds.
