You just dont have the Level Editor V3 build, it makes a Levels folder that contains levels made in it, same with the V2 and V1 builds.

I found a .zip on archive.org that contains a lot of old pizza tower builds, it might have v1 or v3, also i already have v3, but i don't know any of the links.
is the build you're talking about titled "PizzaTower_LevelEditor_v33.zip"?
yes also i meant to say "it might have v1, v2, v3, or v4, also i already have v4"lol
