I liked that the blocks the enemies destroyed turned into monsters- it stops the player hiding behind walls. The game fit the theme very well as it became chaotic quickly. I think you could work on the Audio & Art to make it better. Good job :)
The level design is quite good- you are scared to go round the corner, as you might get shotgunned in the face. The constant fear keeps you on your toes- so that is quite fun + makes it chaotic when the user is playing. I like the fact that the health bar is part of the sprite itself. I think you could work on the audio to make it better. Good job :)
