You’re welcome! If you bought it and have any questions feel free to ask in the comments here or on one of my videos on Youtube, if you don’t have or want a Github account and can’t make an issue in the tracker repo.

Also, my brother says it’s unforgivable that my videos aren’t narrated but I say they still get the point across well enough, like focusing on things with the mouse to show FPS differences between the standard shader and the frame shader and things like that. Who’s right? haha

I kept my promise, 0.4.0 beta is officially released!

Sometime in the next few days hopefully. It will basically be what you see in the latest video at this point since I’m not planning any serious code changes in the next few days.

I’m definitely interested in seeing your initial setup code and workflow (do you have a Librem already or are you going to be using the emulator?)

I’m not sure if I’ll actually use it since I already had plans to this jam as a chance to use my PortableGL but maybe I can use it directly with Wayland instead of just going with my default of SDL2 and your setup code might help with that. Either way it should be fun to force myself to actually finish a game and release it for once, even if I plan on a relatively simple 2D one atm.

Also are you going to be using Cakelisp or C directly? Or both?

Yeah, I might have time to make a simple game from scratch but I also kind of want to share a scaled down port of the minecraft clone Craft (I did the port and the scale down, not the original) just for fun, not as a real submission.
