Sea Bunny Studios: Programmer Wanted

Sea Bunny Studios is looking for experienced programmers who want to learn and get some experience under their belt! We are a volunteer group of game designers, artists, and sound designers who are passionate about creating fun games and building our portfolios.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate and hard-working when it comes to making games
• Versatile in programming languages and engines (particularly Game Maker 2, Unity, etc…)
• Willing to learn and grow alongside our team
• Available to meet for a quick check-in 1-2 times a week

Right now, we’re putting the finishing touches on an endless runner game and are planning on moving on to a point-and-click horror game in the near future. Sea Bunny Studios is a volunteer group that strives to combine skills and creative ideas to make PC games. We come together to brainstorm and develop game projects, not only to help bolster our portfolios, but also to create a career out of it as a small indie team. Currently, we are working on a free demo for a 2D visual novel with minor gameplay, and we are seeking the assistance of these roles.

– Unity programmer (Experienced in C# would be a bonus) (limit 2)

– Narrative writer, someone who’s experienced in writing visual novels. (limit 1)

To give a quick summary of the game’s demo, The story of Ghost Hotel is a 2D visual novel game where you get to run a hotel made for ghosts. You get to meet special guests and get to know them as you navigate your first day on the job as the hotel’s manager.
