And yes, you can download browser games on the app as it saves an html for the thing. So itch.io's own "browser" is considered incompatible for some reason.
$100 is pocket change. Nose would need something in the ballpark of $25,000 to $50,000+ for negotiation to license Source Engine so most of the items he used from Valve games can be used.
For all intents and purposes, VotV's gameplay is simple. Search signals, download signals, listen to signals, then upgrade the signals if needed. I really don't see why you want more gameplay.
Yeah but there's also a certain debug sound Valve uses for missing sound error that Nose also uses (hint: Half-Life 2 Chapter Red Letter Day, referencing the fact that you flipped a switch in Half-Life one), and once that's also gone, then it's probable.
