Make sure you're on the latest version. I think that was a bug that was patched.

For anyone wanting spoilers:
NOTE: You need to call each number before these interaction will appear.
NOTE 2: If you are on the gutslut path you cannot do this ending.
I called one number, did the interaction, and then called the next number. I don't know if you can just call all numbers immediately one after the other and then go to the events one by one.
1. Curtain you need to check is in the dancing room, top right of the room.
2. Fave room is back in the old house upstairs, far right. Use the bed.
3. Another bed, in your bedroom-- the room you start the game in.
4. After getting the basement key from the courtyard DO NOT GO IN to the basement. You must interact with the basement door and when asked a yes or no, pick no. Keep walking south.
None of the ghosts "crash" the game, but there are a small number that will "close" the game.
You say you have issues with other games on itch.io that you lose save files from when they close? Are you sure this is a problem with the games? It really does not sound like it because there is no way the developers of said games have that collective intention.
Some suggestions;
1. More Ambush spirits like the one under the bed with the camera and the low chance mirror one. Things you can interact with like Paintings, Closets, Statues, Boxes, Tables, Flicking Wall Lights, etc. All different types of vore could be possible with this. Maybe have them as a random chance, maybe specific places are guaranteed ambushes? Maybe QTE's to escape?
2. If you go back into the corridor with your room and the bathroom BEFORE you trigger the first chaser spirit event you hear some hurried footsteps and a door slamming to the left, but the only door you cannot see leads to your room... which is empty. Is this supposed to be the mimic Nala spirit triggering this? Either add a flag to not trigger these SFX until after the mimic has been interacted with the first time ooooorrrrrr maybe add an embarrassed/flustered spirit in your room trying to "dry" herself from the bath? Only thing is that this would have to be removed once the mimic spirit is triggered to move there.
3. Staying in one place for too long could have Anne start feeling uneasy, like something is there but she can't see it. Continuing to not move should give another warning msg like "Something just moved out of the corner of my eye... I should get out of here.", and then finally after a bit more time she gets ambushed by a stereotypical shy-girl spirit with long straight black hair covering at least one eye (imagine Violet Parr from The Incredibles, before she gets her confidence). Spirit should be thankful to Anne for letting her eat as she thought she'd never get any food because of how shy she is.
4. It is almost criminal that the "warm" toybox doesn't have any other interactions or scenes.
5. More stuff with UNKNOWN. I got the Soulless ending and deleted the file. I noticed there is one final interaction before the game loads the main menu after doing that. I was hoping there would be more afterwards but that does seem to fully reset things. Perhaps more triggers/flags to see if you've already done the Soulless ending before, or if it is a newgame+ file. Could even have more based on which other endings you've unlocked. I know she isn't the focus of the game, but I'm just a sucker for the 4th wall breaking stuff.
