Thanks for the feedback. We were thinking about adding more floors, but the game was already starting to behave poorly and lag at the beginning, so I didn't dare add more floors because I didn't know why the game was lagging XD

Hi. The game is awesome, but the HP is really low. You'll get used to the controls and the fish over time, but it's tough at first; I barely managed to get above 220. The loading screen in the beginning and main menu are especially cool XD

Hi. Cool idea with the map. The mouse gets a little blurry when running, I remember there was some setting to fix it, I can't say for sure, but I recommend checking it out for future 2D games. Good luck with other games, nice start for one person (and the cat eyes ^^)

Hey! I loved the game's concept. The map is really nicely done. The room is just great! I loved how the cat moved around the room. I managed to reach the boss without taking damage, but I still lost to him, haha. It was really cozy. Great game

Okay, this game has a retro vibe, ahahaha. I want to beat the first enemy and I don't have a guide on how to do it. AHAHAHA.

(Am I the only one who has no idea what to do with the worm near the chest and why the F key doesn't work near clickable items?) Oh, the map looks great for a game made in 9 days, and I saw a comment from someone who finished the game, so congrats on finishing the jam, guys!

This game feels very original, both visually and story. The first thing that caught my attention was artstyle inside of the cave. It isn't just "a cave" - there are cave paintings.

One thing I noticed was that the thunderstorm at the beginning seemed to stop pretty fast. I'm not sure if that was intentional or just something related to the web version.

The portals confused me a bit. I tried going back through one of them, but it sent me back to the start of the level, and then eventually all the way back to the beginning of the game.

I also liked the overall presentation. Even small details, like the menu buttons, were charming. The game reminded me a bit of  Lisa: The Painful and Heartbound

One suggestion for next time would be to include a downloadable version as well. I don't know if it is intended or not, but the game feels supper choppy and laggy, like a slideshow or powerpoint presentation

Hey! Nice main character art. I thought the camera was a little too close to the character, but otherwise, congrats on the finished game! <3

I love card games, so... Hello, cool game! I opened the game and immediately saw this cool "play a card to hit for x damage" game style. Unfortunately, at the beginning I didn't get the tutorial on what to do and where to click to play the card, so it took me a little while to figure it out. When I finished the battle and found myself in the store, a tutorial on how to play cards started automatically. It was weird, but it wasn't a problem (I recommend checking out how it works for you and how rare my problem is). The game was so good that by the end I felt like I wanted to play some more, you did a great job over these 9 days ^^

I played 3 times for that. I DID IT! I found a Mario reference.

I thought that at the end the homeless guy outside the window would also want to come in, that would be nice

Hi. This is a very cute game with a charming character and monsters. It's nice that there's an ending, which is very rare in Jam. Good luck with games, it's a great start for one person ^^

THIS IS THE BEST CHARACTER VOICE OVER! It was so funny!THIS IS THE BEST CHARACTER VOICE OVER! It was so funny!

Hello, nice game. It reminded me of Agario, collecting items around the location. I thought they spawned a bit awkwardly sometimes, but maybe that's just me

Hi! The fog mechanics were pretty fun. Good controls and a simple gameplay format that was easy to understand. The first couple of times I tried, I kept crashing into my lane, but then I figured out how to play and it became fun right away.

Hi. I had a hard time figuring out how to play. I liked the self-destruct feature, a really fun feature. The sphere around the city breaks quite nicely. Despite the simple graphics, the attention to detail is lovely. Good luck with future games, it's a great start.

Oh, I just played the game, it was fun. The controls were a bit confusing at first, especially when I went into the settings, which was a pain. The difficulty ramped up nicely (though the rockets as the first attack are pretty intense, hahaha). It had a strong undertale vibe. Thanks for making this game!

I agree with the others regarding the lily pad controls. The sounds are quite nice, and overall it's a very enjoyable game!

This is just my personal experience, but I found it quite difficult to get close to enemies to hit them. Most of the time I was either getting hit by them or struggling to combine attacking and dodging. The strong attack was especially difficult for me to use because it took time to charge, and I couldn't really find enough opportunities even with normal attacks. I was wondering if this might be an animation-related issue? The beginning of the swing animation and the strike itself? I'm not sure about the technical side of things, though
But I have to say, the drops from enemies gave me a second wind, when I saw the healing item and some other thing (not sure what it was).

I think the art style is the first thing that caught my eye. The controls were a little hard for me to get used to, but I've never played this kind of game before, so I was mostly guessing what to do. My score was only 5, so I probably don't really understand this genre yet. But the game definitely left an impression on me. (One small detail I REALLY liked was the cursor XD)

I think it looks really nice. The art style, the small details, and the background are all great. The only thing that feels off to me is the combat. Hitting enemies doesn't have much impact yet (maybe more time to hit them, i am not sure), so the combat doesnt feels good

Hi, I liked it. The only thing I kind of missed was the "idiot" button (highlighting clickable objects). Sometimes I found myself trying to find objects where there weren't any at all, but that's part of the fun

Thanks for playing. Regarding the ending, you can reach the 17th floor, where you'll fall down. But in any case, there's only one "game over" ending

Good game. I liked the navigation using the map. I remember that text adventures were popular earlier, and this gave me a nice dose of nostalgia XD

Hi! I haven't played card games since 2012. It was fun until round 2. I tried to beat it in the browser version, but no luck. Pressing Esc just closed my small window and didn't make the character drop the camera. In the desktop version, after I died, the game just got stuck on a black screen.

The gameplay was fun. Maybe I'm the kind of person who can enjoy this game even without the spooky atmospherе

Hi! Really nice style! The gameplay reminded me of one of those rhythm games - I wanted to complete all the orders before time ran out XD

It was cosy and kinda like Bounce tales games. I like it

Hi. It was fun. I like how bullets good feels. Really nice dialogues and enemy. I got Undertale vibes. Boss had really cool realistic eyes. ("Go away now?" at the end XD)

Nice Brotato-like game. I got orange Flavor^^

It lagged after taking damage, but it could be time stopping, idk. I missed PC download version, its a little bit strange with the web version

I really enjoyed the game. I'm learning German and it was a pleasure to play ^^

Oh, so it’s a horror game, cool. At one point the tutorial text got stuck on my screen, so I couldn’t do anything. Overall, the atmosphere was captured really well. Good luck with the game - it’s a great start^^

It doesn't have to be a tutorial, but it could be a visual demonstration that something else can be added. Or maybe the first potion with a hint, yeah, yeah.

Hi, I think the game doesn't have enough comments. It's well done, although I was stupid enough to misunderstand how to play at the beginning (I only clicked on one ingredient and pressed confirm, thinking I had to add them one at a time while the recipe was changing, and for a long time I couldn't figure out WHAT I was doing wrong).
It was fun XD

It's a nice game, the order descriptions are well chosen, and the characters that come are varied and interesting. I'm not sure two minigames to catch are too many, but overall, I made the right order and it was fun XD

Yeah, we totally get that our customer and potion system isn’t great, so we’re already planning to rework it. Same with the 3D world - we originally wanted to add way too much stuff: better shadows, sky, grass, lots of props, a well, even a cool basement entrance hidden behind barrels under the stairs XD

This was our second jam, and we’re really happy we at least managed to capture the overall vibe of what we had in mind. It was super fun, and we’re still kind of riding that excitement from how much we managed to do and learn in such a short time.

I like your animation with sound effect. its cute

This game is so cool, it should be in steam, such a nice game with a lot of items, potions and combinations! Balatro + Backpack Battle XD

This is a nice game! it feels comfortable and chilling, i like it. I had one problem with enemy - they just stopped in one place =(

Nice game. It was funny. The start is a little bit long with a lot of worls, but the bear is a cool idea!

A very original game. I liked the concept, the poster with the planets, the pizza on the roof, and the toast-making part. Cool details

It's a well-made game. I really liked the effects (the candy lights, the potion explosions, and all that). I was glad there was an ending, not just endless gameplay
