I've been working on Roll & Barrel for a while and this is the first version I'm putting out.

It's a turn-based tactics game on tabletop rules (the open 5th-edition SRD). You have four heroes — Fighter, Cleric, Wizard, Rogue — and short arena fights against bandits.

The  idea I'm testing: the arena should matter as much as your attacks. Walls give cover, you can climb onto the hayloft, dip arrows in a brazier, and blow up oil barrels when enemies stand next to them. Right now there's a tutorial (about 5 minutes) and one real arena, the Farmstead.

What I'd like to know from you:

 - Was it fun? Where did it drag?

 - Did you actually use the terrain, or did you mostly just attack?

 - What's missing that would make you play another fight?

Comments here are great, and there's also a Feedback button in the game (☰). If something breaks, you can send a bug report with the fight attached, which helps me a lot. Thanks for trying it
