yes, just one more clarification about the random encounters.

I’m well aware of the deadly, roll each round random encounter rule. What was confusing to me is I thought the numbers 1-6  where referencing a die roll. Traditionally, in shadow dark adventures when a random encounter happens, you make an additional roll to determine which opponent is encountered. But I see now that your numbering 1-6 actually refers to the location. Did I get that right?

Initially I thought “but what if I roll 6 when the party is at room 2?” But I think I understand now - there’s just 1 possible encounter per room listed…

wow. This is really good. Impressive how you jammed pack l of it to this concise document.

I would love your take on a couple of things:

Plot hooks - besides missing donkey, any clues for PCs on Nivendar or the rings?

When picking up  a ring, or even wearing it, do they get a sense of its power or of what pledge is required of them? What would be ways to obtain  that info?

Random encounters: many of them seem to fit a specific room in the dungeon only. What happens if they are rolled when the party is elsewhere? Especially as it is deadly (roll each round) this is very likely to happen.

Where would be a nice place to plant some info about Nivendar and the rings? Some mural somewhere, or maybe a history part in the book of names?

great work,

Keep writing,

Can’t wait to run this…

Thisnis awesome! I had an idea for a 1-2 shot of heroes from multiple fantasy / Sci-fi stories partying up for an adventure (extraordinary league style).

This would fit there so well.

Following my previous Pantheon Gods image pack, I added the patrons from the Gloaming and The Concealed Abbey of the Dragonfly Horde.
I ma using them as handouts at my own table and wanted to share with the TTRPG / OSR community here.

Enjoy!

I crafted these with AI + Hand illustration and post processing. Initially used it for my own home group. Feel free to share and use them at your table or VTT.

I tried to go for a gothic stained glass theme

❤️ I'm happy to hear that!

Thanks you so much for the kind word!
A lot of heart and soul went into it

Hi,

Haven't ran this yet, but read it cover to cover and I can't wait to run it!

I have one question though:
It's not really explained why did High Lector Geteli eat the tubeworm flesh?
Especially as the crates outside contain fruits that had enough time to spoil - I am not sure what were his motives.

Sure, I can probably make something up, but was interested if I missed something and / or how other wardens approach this issue

The web version doesn't support pasting of text (CTRL/CMD + V).
I am using superWhisper to dictate elaborate interpretations in story mode, and i can't paste them in. Typing them in takes too much time.

Could you fix it so it's possible to paste text in the interpretation window?
